When contacts fill in a MailBlue form, we can provide you with various statistics. In this article, we will explain the two most popular form statistics.

'Form submissions' or 'Total number of submissions' is the total number of times a form has been submitted. This number includes duplicate submissions, submissions from contacts already existing in the account, and contacts who complete the double opt-in process (if double opt-in is used).

'Contacts created' is the number of new contacts created as a result of submitting the form. If a contact already exists in the account and submits a form, they will not be included in this statistic as they are already a contact in the account.
