Click on 'Website' in the left main menu, then on the 'Forms' tab.
Click on 'Edit' next to the form you want to share.
In the top right corner, you will see 'Integrate', click on it.
Click on the tab with the Facebook icon, where you will find the option to integrate the form.
Click on 'Get started'.
Select your Facebook page and click on 'Add page tab'.
You will then receive a confirmation that the form has been added to your page. You can also view the page directly.
You will find the form under the 'subscribe' section on your page.
