Where can I find the API / developer settings?

To grant access to an external website, for example to create contacts, we use an API Key. This is a secret key to access your account. You can find this API Key in your MailBlue account by following the steps below.

  1. Click on 'Settings' at the bottom left of the menu.

  2. Then click on 'Developer' in the menu.

  3. You will find the URL with the key under API access.

If your account is newly created, it may take up to 3 hours for the API to work fully.

Please note: if you use the reset button, a new key will be generated. You may need to reconnect your current links/integrations with your new API key afterwards.
