How do I use the AI Brand Kit?

With MailBlue's AI brand kit, you can import your logos, colors, and fonts from your website in no time. How does the AI brand kit work, and what can I do with it?

To generate your AI brand kit, all you need to do is enter your website's URL. MailBlue retrieves your logos, colors, and other content from your website in just a few seconds. This data is then analyzed to create AI-generated campaign templates. You can also easily edit your brand kit, saving you time maintaining your own branding within MailBlue.

Depending on your subscription, you can use up to 5 AI brand kits per MailBlue account. Having multiple brand kits is convenient if you send campaigns on behalf of multiple brands. You can switch between different brand kits when creating a new campaign.

 

How do I create my own AI brand kit?

  1. Click on 'Campaigns → Campaign Templates' in the left menu.
  2. In the 'Automatically generate custom brand templates with AI' section, enter your business website URL and click on 'Import my brand kit.'



  3. The data from the website you entered will now be retrieved. Then, on the 'Design your template' page, campaign templates generated by our AI using your brand data will be displayed.

 

How do I edit my AI brand kit?

Follow these steps to edit your brand kit:

  1. Click on 'Campaigns → Campaign Templates' in the left menu.
  2. Click on the 'Use AI templates' button.



  3. Click on 'Edit your brand kit' under the 'Created for you, with your brand' section.

 

How many AI brand kits can I use?

The number of brand kits available depends on your subscription:

  • 1 AI brand kit
    Available from:

    • Marketing - Lite
    • Sales - Lite

  • Multiple AI brand kits (up to 5 per MailBlue account)
    Available from:

    • Marketing - Plus, Professional, and Enterprise
    • Sales - Plus, Professional, and Enterprise

 

How do I create multiple AI brand kits?

  1. Click on 'Settings → Brand kits' in the left menu.
  2. Then click the 'Add a brand kit' button in the top right corner.



  3. Enter your business website URL in the pop-up window labeled 'Enter a URL and we'll help you get started,' and click on the button 'Submit.'



  4. The data from your website will now be collected and added to the 'Settings → Brand kits' overview.
  5. Repeat steps 1 to 4 to create more AI brand kits (optional).

 

How do I manage multiple AI brand kits?

There are several ways to view, edit, or set a primary brand kit.

 

Method 1: View, "Set as Primary," and Edit

  1. Click on 'Settings → Brand kits' in the left menu.
  2. To edit your brand kit, click on 'Edit brand kit' on the right side of the page.
  3. To set a brand kit as your primary, click on 'Set as primary.'

Your primary AI brand kit is the first kit displayed in the 'Brand kit' dropdown menu when you view your campaign templates.

 

Method 2: View your brand kit settings

  1. Click on 'Settings → Brand kits' in the left menu.
  2. Click on the arrow next to the brand kit you want to open to expand the dropdown menu.
  3. The dropdown menu will display all the brand elements and details of the selected kit.

 

Method 3: View or edit

  1. Click on 'Settings → Brand kits' in the left menu.
  2. Click on 'Add a brand kit' in the top right corner of your screen.
  3. Use the dropdown menu to select the brand kit you want to use.
  4. Click on the button 'Use AI templates' in the top-right corner of the 'Created for you, with your brand' section.

 

How do I manage my AI brand kit campaign templates?

  1. Click on 'Campaigns → Campaign Templates' in the left menu.
  2. Click on the button 'Use AI templates' in the top-right corner of the 'Created for you, with your brand' section.
  3. When creating a campaign, you can find your AI campaign templates under 'All basic templates' in the 'Created for you, with your brand' section.
  4. To choose from multiple AI brand kits, you can select your brand in the dropdown menu.

 

How do I edit my AI brand kit?

In this section, we’ll explore the options for editing your AI brand kit(s).

At the top of the 'Edit your brand kit' page, you will see two tabs:

  • Brand Elements
    This section contains all the graphic elements for your brand kit.

  • Brand Kit Details
    This section contains all the information MailBlue uses to generate a relevant campaign for you.

All changes made in these sections are updated in real-time in your campaign templates, allowing you to see the adjustments immediately.

 

Overview of brand elements

Business URL

This option allows you to import a new brand kit by overwriting your old business website URL with a new one.

  1. Enter your business website URL and click on 'Import my brand kit.'
  2. Click on the button 'Yes, overwrite my brand.'

Note: Changes made to the existing brand kit will not be saved!

  1. Data will be retrieved from the new URL you entered, and new campaign templates will be generated on the 'Edit your brand kit' page.

 

Business Logos

This option shows imported logos with both dark and light backgrounds and allows you to add more logos.

Add a Logo

  1. Click on 'Add logo.' The Content Manager will open in a pop-up window.
  2. Click on the button 'Add a file' and choose a file from your computer. The file will be uploaded.
  3. Hover over the new logo and click on 'Select image.' The logo is now added to your brand kit.

 

Remove a Logo

  1. Hover over the logo under 'Business Logos.'
  2. Click on the trash icon. Your logo is now removed.

 

Brand Colors

Here you can view imported colors and add more colors.

Edit Imported Colors

  1. Click on the color you want to edit.
  2. Choose the desired color from the color picker or enter a Hex / RGB code.
  3. Click outside the color window to save your changes.

 

Add a Color

  1. Click on the button 'Add color.'
  2. Choose the desired color from the color picker or enter a Hex / RGB code.
  3. Click outside the color window to save your changes.

 

Remove a Color

AI-generated colors cannot be removed, but you can edit them to create a different color.

 

Brand Fonts

This option allows you to update the header and body font in your campaign templates.

  1. Click on the dropdown menu to select your font and text style.

Note: If a recipient's email client does not support your font, a default font will automatically be used.

 

Social Links

This option allows you to adjust your social media links in your brand kit campaign templates.

 

Can I adjust the details of my brand kit?

Yes, you can! In the Brand Kit Details tab, you can modify the following:

  • Brand Kit Name
  • Company Name
  • Industry
    This section helps AI select images for your brand kit campaign templates based on your industry. You can select more than one industry.
  • Mission Statement
  • Describe what your company does
