When you have created an automation, it is naturally nice to know how well it has performed. In this article, we will tell you more about this.
Please note: Contacts using the Apple Mail app with iOS 15 and who have enabled the Mail Privacy Protection feature are excluded from the opened message reporting, unless they click on a link in the email. In this blog you can find more information about this.
You can find reports on the automated series under the heading 'Reports > All automated series'. Here you will see an overview of all automations you have created. For each automation, you will see, among other things, the number of messages and contacts involved, the level of interaction, and the number of contacts who have completed the automation or have just been added. The overview reports are refreshed every 24 hours.
By clicking on the dots next to an automation, you can view various data about the automation. In the overview, you can find details such as how many emails have been created in the automatic series, the contacts in the automation, and how many emails have been sent.
If you want more information about the emails in the automations themselves, click on 'Automation overview' and scroll down in the dashboard. Here you can view the overview for each campaign in the automation.
In the overview, you can see the 'Open trend', a graph that clearly indicates the moments when the email is most opened (1). At the bottom left, the activity flow is displayed, telling you what happens with the email (2). Additionally, you will see a percentage breakdown of the number of opened emails, clicks, forwarded emails, and bounces (3). By clicking on these actions, you can also see exactly which contacts are involved in the actions. At the bottom right, the number of customers who have and have not opened the email is shown (4).
