A new window will open where you can choose the file you want to upload. Once you click "open", the selected file will be processed.

You will now see a screen where you can link the columns from your chosen file to a field in MailBlue. Select the value on the right in the dropdown menu that matches the value on the left. Select "do not import this field" in the dropdown menu for any value you do not want to import into MailBlue.

If there is no matching value in the dropdown menu, you can easily add it yourself. To do this, click on the dropdown menu and at the bottom you will see "[ Add New Field ]".

Once you have completed this step, scroll down and select the list in which these new contacts should be included. If you do not select a list, the contacts will be loaded into MailBlue but will not be found in a list. This means that you will not be able to email these individuals. If you want to add tags directly, you can do so by selecting 'add tags'.

Don't forget to check the box 'update existing contacts while importing'.
