If a contact does not open your confirmation email, you can resend the email to give the contact another chance to complete the registration. This action can only be done once. If the registration is not completed after two emails, you can assume that the contact is not interested.
To resend the confirmation email, follow these steps:
- Click on 'Contacts' in the left menu
- Click on 'Status' and select 'Unconfirmed'. You will now see all contacts who have not completed the registration.
- Click on the drop-down menu to the right of the contact. Choose 'Resend Opt-in'.
