It may happen that you want to resend a campaign or create a similar variant to send it again. In this article, you will learn about the possibilities to resend a campaign.
To resend a campaign, go to 'Campaigns' and click on the arrow next to the campaign on the right. This will open a drop-down menu where you will find the option 'Resend Campaign'.
In the window that appears, three different sending options are provided. Below are these options and their meanings explained.

Create a new campaign based on this campaign
With this option, you create a copy of your previously sent email, which you can then edit and send to a list or segment of your choice. You can choose to send the campaign immediately or schedule it. -
Send to new contacts (since this campaign was originally sent)
With this option, you can still send the same email to anyone who has joined the list after the campaign was sent. If you used a segment with an 'OR' condition in the original campaign, you cannot use this option. In that case, it is better to create a new campaign based on your previous campaign, as described above. With this option, you can change the campaign name and subject. The campaign is sent immediately, scheduling is not possible. -
Send to contacts who have not read / opened this campaign
This allows you to ensure that some of your contacts still read your campaign. If you used a segment with an 'OR' condition in the original campaign, you cannot use this option. In that case, it is better to create a new campaign based on your previous campaign, as described above. With this option, you can change the campaign name and subject. The campaign is sent immediately, scheduling is not possible.
If you have chosen the first option, a new campaign will be set up for you to edit. For the other two options, you will see a summary before sending. To resend this campaign, click on 'Send Now'.
