You can link your Exchange or IMAP email account to MailBlue to display all received and sent emails related to an open deal of a contact. In this article, you will find the steps to do this.

Click on 'Deals' and navigate to 'Deal Settings'.

In the 'Email accounts' section, you will find the 'Add an account' button. Click on it to link your email account.

A window will appear allowing you to make the connection. Follow the steps in this window.

The email account you added will now appear under 'Email accounts'.

Finally, under 'Privacy', you can set who can view the content of the linked emails.
