You can also personalise the subject line of an email. This makes it more attractive for your contacts to open the email. Here's how you can do this:
When creating an email or when you are in the summary, you can change the subject line. Click on the icon on the right to personalise the line. A drop-down menu will appear, where you can choose which personal data you want to add. For example, if you choose the first name, when sending a test email, you will see that your name is automatically entered in place of the personalisation tag.
Please note: always insert your personalisation tag directly into the text/subject line or use the function to insert it. Never copy and paste your personalisation tag/the text of your personalisation tag from elsewhere. Copying and pasting the tag will not work.
