You can manually add one or more contacts to an automation within MailBlue. In this article, you will learn how to do this.
Add one contact manually to an automation
- If you want to add a single person to an automation, first search for this contact in the search bar. Then click on 'Add' under 'Automations'.
- In the next window, select the automation to which you want to add the contact and click 'OK'.
Manually add multiple contacts to an automation
- Select the contacts you want to add manually using the checkboxes and click on 'Edit'. If you want to add all contacts at once, click on 'Edit all'.
- Next, the bulk editor will appear. Under 'Actions', you can choose which changes you want to make. You can also make multiple changes at once.
- If you want to add contacts to an automation, click on 'Add to automated series' and a dropdown menu will appear. Here you can select the automation to which you want to add the contacts.
- On the left side of the screen, you will see the action. Now click on 'Apply'.
- Then, give permission to add the contacts to the automation.
