Importing Deals has failed, what now?

Which subscription do I have?

If errors occurred during the import, MailBlue displays the number of rows in the file where an error occurred. You can also download the CSV file with errors to see why the import failed. This information is located on the 'Import Status' page of your MailBlue account.

Below we summarise the error messages for you:

  • Account ID not found: This error is displayed when you have assigned the 'account ID' field to a field and there was no exact match in MailBlue.
  • Contact ID not found: This error is displayed when you have assigned the 'contact ID' field and there was no exact match in MailBlue.
  • Deal ID not found: This error is displayed when you have assigned the 'deal ID' field and there was no exact match in MailBlue.
  • Deal owner email address not found: This error is displayed when you have assigned the Deal Owner's email address and there was no exact match in MailBlue.
  • Deal Owner username not found: This error is displayed when you have assigned the Deal Owner's username and there was no exact match in MailBlue.
  • Deal title not specified: This error message appears when the file does not contain a title for a deal.
  • 'Email' field not found: This error is displayed when you have assigned the email address of a contact and the row does not contain a contact with an email address.
