How do I change the sender email address?

Changing the sender email address in an automation email

You can change the sender email address for automation emails in two ways, individually and in bulk. Below, we will explain both methods:

Individually changing

  1. Open the automation email you wish to change the email address for by clicking on the email in the automation and clicking 'Edit'.


  2. Click on the 'Next' button in the top right to go to the summary of the automation email.


  3. In the summary, the sender email address is displayed under 'From'. To change this, click on 'Edit'.


  4. Next, the 'Campaign settings' screen of the automation email will appear. Under the 'From' section, you can adjust the sender's name and email address to the desired information.


  5. Save the settings by clicking 'Save' at the bottom of 'Settings'.


Changing in bulk

  1. Click on 'Manage Emails' within the desired automation.

  2. A pop-up window will appear, showing all emails in the automation. Click on 'Edit all senders' here.

  3. Now you can change the sender email address for all emails in your automation at once.

Changing the sender email address in a campaign

  1. Open the campaign of which you wish to change the email address by clicking on the campaign from the 'Campaigns' screen. You can click on the name of the campaign, 'Edit', or 'Continue'.
  2. Click on the 'Summary' tab at the top to access the campaign summary. The 'From' heading shows the sender email address. You can modify this by clicking on 'Edit'.


  3. A pop-up window for 'Campaign settings' will appear. Here, you can adjust the sender email address and sender name under the 'From' heading.


Tip: If you are in the 'Design' phase of the campaign, you can access 'Settings' by clicking on the gear icon on the right side of the screen. This will take you directly to step 3.

Changing the sender email address in the settings

To avoid having to manually change the sender email address for each campaign or automation email, you can also modify the email address in your account settings.

The email address you set will automatically be used as the sender email address for all new campaigns and automation emails. The sender email address will not be automatically updated for existing emails with this change. For existing emails, you will need to follow the above steps to make the change manually.

Note: When you change the login email address, you can use this new email address to log in to your account. It will no longer be possible to log in with your old email address.

  1. Click on the gear icon 'Settings' in the menu on the left side of your screen and then click on 'Account'.
  2. Under 'Account information', you will see 'Login email'. To change the default sender email address, you can modify this email address.


  3. Click on 'Save settings'.
