How can I mark a conversation as complete?

Please note: As of now, it is no longer possible to purchase the Conversations feature new within MailBlue. Existing customers currently using Conversations can continue to use the feature as usual.

When a chat is completed, you can indicate this by clicking on 'Mark as completed'.


A checkmark will then appear next to the conversation in the left menu. This way, you can see exactly which conversations have been completed.

When a visitor reopens the chat, they will also see the previous conversation. If the visitor then sends a new message, the conversation status will be set back to 'Open'.
