How can I request a Conversations trial account?

Please note: As of now, it is no longer possible to purchase the Conversations feature as a new add-on within MailBlue. Existing customers currently using Conversations can continue to use the feature as usual.

Conversations is available for all types of subscriptions and can be purchased as an add-on in your account. You can now subscribe to a 'seat' for Conversations for €19. Conversations is an additional feature that you can use, and purchasing a seat is separate from your current subscription costs.

By requesting a trial account for Conversations, you can test it out and make an informed decision about whether this feature suits you and your business. In this article, we will show you how to request a trial account.

  • Go to and enter your details to log in.
  • Click on 'Subscriptions' in the menu.
  • Here, you will find the option to request a Conversations trial account at the bottom right.
  • Once you click on 'Request trial account' and it is approved, the trial account will be activated. It will then be available within the MailBlue software. Please note: you can only test the trial account once for 14 days. After this, it is not possible to request a new trial account.
