The new customer portal: what's new?

The new customer portal (July 2021) will now be the foundation of your MailBlue account. From the portal, you can manage everything related to your MailBlue subscription. Here you can:

  • Log in to your MailBlue account, where you can manage your email marketing and contacts
  • View, upgrade, and downgrade your subscription: you can now increase your contact limit with just one click
  • View your invoices
  • View your previously asked questions or submit new ones to the MailBlue support team
  • Access the Blue Academy
  • Manage affiliates (if applicable)
  • View and update your information

As you can see, we have now consolidated everything into one environment, allowing you to manage everything from a single dashboard and only have to remember one set of login credentials!
