What does the message mean: Last direct debit failed - Authorize

If you see the above notification in your account, it means that we were unable to collect your subscription fees. This indicates that the authorisation needs to be renewed so that the next collection will be successful.

You will receive a manual invoice for the failed collection that needs to be paid.

To provide a new authorisation, follow these steps:

  1. Go to login.mailblue.nl and enter your details to log in
  2. Click on 'provide authorisation' in the banner
  3. Or click on 'Data' in the menu
  4. On the right, you will find the option to adjust your direct debit authorisation. Click on the 'Renew' button and enter your IBAN details
  5. If you prefer to provide authorisation with your credit card, click on 'Prefer to pay by credit card?'
