The Image Editor can be used to crop and edit images that you have added to campaigns and automation emails.

How do I access the Image Editor?
You can use the Image Editor from the Content Manager library or from the design environment of your campaign. Here's how you can open the Image Editor from the Content Manager library:

Click on 'Campaigns' on the left side of the menu.

Then click on the 'Content' tab. The Content Manager will appear.

Open an image and click on the editing options that appear.
Here's how you can open the Image Editor from the design environment of your campaign:
- Click and drag an image block from the design environment of your campaign or automation email to your email.
- A toolbar will appear. Click on the 'New image' icon to open the Content Manager from the design environment of your campaign.
- When you are in the Content Manager library, hover over the desired image until another toolbar appears.

Click on the pencil icon to edit the image.

The Image Editor will load, and you can start adjusting the image. If you modify an image within your campaign or automation email, it will not affect the original image stored in the Content Manager.
- Select the image you want to place in your campaign.
Options for editing images
The Image Editor offers various options that you can use to adjust an image:
Cropping
With this option, you can adjust the size of an image by cropping the outer edges or removing a larger portion. This changes the image's aspect ratio. Click on 'Crop' to crop an image. Select the area you want to keep with your mouse. You can do this by dragging the corners and sides. When you're done, click 'Apply'. Any parts not included in the selection will be removed.
Transform
With this tool, you can mirror an image horizontally or vertically. Do you want to mirror an image? Click on 'Transform'. If you want to mirror an image horizontally, click on 'Flip X'. If you want to mirror the image vertically, click on 'Flip Y'. You can also use the slider to adjust the image rotation clockwise or counterclockwise.
Text
With this option, you can place text directly on the image. You can edit the text by making it bold, italic, or underlined. The text can be aligned to the left, right, or centre of the text block. Click on 'Colour' to choose different colour options and use the slider to adjust the text size. If you want to add text to the image, you can click on 'Text'. Click on the style options you want to use and click on the area where you want to add the text. Add the text to the text field. Note that you can use the corners and sides to resize, shrink, or rotate the text block. You can also adjust the placement of the text block by dragging it.
Lines
With this option, you can draw directly on the image with different colours and line widths. You can choose to draw freehand or with straight lines. You can also use both options in combination. To draw on an image, click on 'Draw' and then select 'Freehand' or 'Line', finally choose the colour and line width.
Shape
With this tool, you can place a shape over your image. You can choose from rectangular, circular, and triangular shapes. With 'Fill', you can select a colour to fill the shape you created. With 'Border', you can select a colour for the outline of the object. You can also use the slider to determine the width of the border.
Undo and Redo Changes
If you click on the 'Undo' option, the last change you made to the image will be undone. You can click on 'Redo' to reapply the change to your image that was removed with the 'Undo' button.
Reset Edits
When you click on the 'Reset Edits' option, the image will be restored to its original version.
