When certain pages within your account do not load/work, it can be very frustrating. Fortunately, there is a solution for this, namely clearing the cookies and cache memory of your computer.
We would like to explain how to do this. In this step-by-step plan, we have used the browser Google Chrome as an example. However, we have outlined the step-by-step plan for the most commonly used browsers in this article.
Step-by-step plan:
- Open Chrome on your computer
- Click on 'Chrome' in the top right corner
- Click on 'Clear browsing data'
- Choose a time range at the top. If you want to delete everything, select 'All time'.
- Tick the boxes next to 'Cookies and other site data' and 'Cached images and files'.
- Click on 'Clear data'.
