Some pages are not visible, what can I do?

When certain pages within your account do not load/work, it can be very frustrating. Fortunately, there is a solution for this, namely clearing the cookies and cache memory of your computer.

We would like to explain how to do this. In this step-by-step plan, we have used the browser Google Chrome as an example. However, we have outlined the step-by-step plan for the most commonly used browsers in this article.


Step-by-step plan:

  1. Open Chrome on your computer
  2. Click on 'Chrome' in the top right corner
  3. Click on 'Clear browsing data'

  4. Choose a time range at the top. If you want to delete everything, select 'All time'.
  5. Tick the boxes next to 'Cookies and other site data' and 'Cached images and files'.
  6. Click on 'Clear data'.

After following this (or another cookies and cache memory) step-by-step plan, the browser will work properly again. If this is not the case, please contact our Customer Support.
