Accessing the campaign performance report
Follow the steps below to access the campaign performance report:
- Click on 'Reports' in the left menu
- Click on 'Campaign Performance' under 'Campaign Reports'
The campaign performance report loads the history of your campaigns sent in the last 14 days.
Filtering data in the campaign performance report
At the top of the report, there are three filters you can use to view data on campaign performance. These three filters are:
- Including Apple Privacy Open
- Date campaigns are sent
- Result Start
- Result End
Date campaigns are sent
'Date campaigns are sent' refers to the period in which a campaign was last sent. The options you can use under this filter are:
- Today
- Yesterday
- Last 7 days
- Last 14 days
- Last 30 days
- Custom range
If you choose a custom range, you can set your own range for 'Campaign send date' using the 'Result Start' and 'Result End' filters. To use these filters, click on the 'Result Start' field. A pop-up calendar will appear. Click on the date on the calendar to select it. Then follow the same steps for the 'Result End' date.
For viewing active email statistics: The 'Result End' date filter must be the current date. If you set the 'Result End' date filter to before the current date, the report will not display accurate results.
Result Start and End
In addition to the filter 'Date campaigns sent', the date filters 'Result start' and 'Result end' are available. These are used to display campaign statistics, such as campaign opens and clicks. The date range set here is linked to the time period (date range) of the sent campaign. For example, if you want to view campaigns sent in the last 14 days and how they have performed in the last seven days, set it up as follows:
Campaign send date = last 14 days
Result start = 11th March (or whatever is 7 days before the current date)
Result end = 18th March (or whatever the current date is)
To set a date range, click on the start date field or the end date field. Then click on the calendar icon to select a date.
