Magento is an open source e-commerce solution used by millions of customers. With a Lite subscription, there is no direct integration possible with MailBlue. However, through Zapier, it is still possible to connect the two. From a Plus subscription onwards, a direct integration with Magento is possible. In this article, you can read more about this.
Integration via Zapier
With a Lite subscription, you can connect Magento to MailBlue via Zapier. You can use Zapier to create a 'zap' where you have a choice of different actions and triggers. For example, you can use Zapier to create a 'zap' that creates and/or updates a contact in MailBlue when a new order is created in Magento. You can also create a 'zap' that triggers Magento to invoice when a deal is created or updated in MailBlue.
- To set up this integration, you will need the following:
A paid Zapier account - A Magento account
- A MailBlue account
-
Click here to see the different 'zap' options between Magento and ActiveCampaign.
- Within Zapier, choose 'Make a Zap!'.
- Choose your 'zap' trigger and action by clicking on them, then click 'Save + Continue'.
- Next, you will see a pop-up screen where you need to enter the account details of Magento. Then click 'Yes, Continue'.
- Now follow the steps in Zapier to add your ActiveCampaign action. You will then be asked for the API details of ActiveCampaign. Follow the steps within Zapier to configure the action:
- As a final step, give your 'zap' a name and turn it on:
Tip: Zapier has an extensive (English) help article online with all the triggers and actions that can be set up between Magento and ActiveCampaign. You can find more information on how to set up the integrations via Zapier and common error messages there: click here to access the article.
