How do I redirect contacts to my website when they unsubscribe from my mailings?

When a contact clicks on the unsubscribe link in the campaign/email, the contact will be unsubscribed from the respective list. The contact will automatically be directed to a page where they can provide feedback and the reason for unsubscribing. This feedback form/unsubscribe form is set up by default within your account. It is also possible to change this so that the contact is redirected to your website. This article explains how to redirect contacts to your website when they unsubscribe from your mailings.

Please note: Keep in mind that you can set this up specifically for each list. For example, if you send a campaign to multiple lists, the person will land on the page of the list they subscribed to first. If you want to redirect all unsubscribers to your website, regardless of the list they are in, you will need to edit this for each list.

1. Go to 'Contacts' in the main menu and click on the 'Lists' tab. Then click on the arrow to open the drop-down menu. Choose 'Advanced settings' here.

4. Add the URL of the webpage in the field and click 'Save'.

You can then create an unsubscribe form on this (own) website page. This way, you have the opportunity to fully personalise it.
