Adding a GIF to your campaign is a great way to increase engagement with a contact and can help differentiate your emails from the rest. It's important to note that not all email providers support GIFs. For example, Outlook 2007, 2010, and 2013 only display the first frame. If your GIF is too large, it may take longer to load and play on a mobile device.
You can add a GIF to your campaign/email by placing a content block in your email. In this article, we'll show you the best way to do this:
-
Drag the 'Image' content block into your campaign.
- Click on the image block to open the Content Manager.
- Once the GIF has been added to the Content Manager, select the relevant file, and it will be added to your email. If you haven't added the file to your Content Manager yet, click 'Add File' to add the GIF. Once the file is in your Content Manager, you can add it to your email by clicking on the image.4. The GIF is now placed in the campaign.
