Account users may not see some automations, even if their user group has automation rights set to "Manage" and has access to all lists.
Setting the user group permissions alone does not grant them this access. To ensure a group can view automations, both the automation rights set to "Manage" under "Settings" > "Users and Groups" and permission to view each automation from "Automations" must be present.
Solution
Here's how to set automation rights:
- Log in as an administrator.
- Click on "Automations" in the left menu.
- Click on the dropdown menu "Edit" to the right of the automation.
- Choose 'Permissions'.
-
Set permission for specific users.
Note that if the user group is listed under "Access to automation denied" among the options, click on the user group name to update their user access under "Settings" > "Users and Groups". - Click out of the dropdown menu to save the permissions.
- Repeat this for all automations that users need access to.
The ability to view automations is based on when user rights are set and when the automation is created.
