How can I share an automation template or campaign template?

html

When you have spent a long time working on a campaign or automation, and someone else might benefit from using the same automation or campaign template, you can easily share it with them using a share link. However, this person must also be a MailBlue user.

This article explains step by step:

Sharing Automations

Step 1: Click on 'automations' > 'automations' in the menu. In your automations overview, find the automation you want to share, and expand the dropdown menu of that specific automation.

You will now see that the link to the automation indeed works. However, the person receiving the link still needs to sign in to their MailBlue account to start working with the shared automation.

Importing Automations

If you have received a link to an automation from another MailBlue user, you can load it into your account. Here is a step-by-step explanation of how to do this.

Step 1: When logged into your account, navigate to 'automations' > 'automations' > 'create an automated series' in the menu.

If you want to create a new campaign now, you will see that you can choose this template within the email designer (step 4 in the article: [new designer] How do I send an email / campaign?)

When setting up your campaign, it is important to carefully check all buttons and their corresponding links and assigned tags. You may need to link some buttons to your personal websites and social media pages, or assign tags to your contacts if they have clicked on a certain link.
