When our support team is investigating your campaigns, it's important that we have all the technical information of the campaign. This information is located in the email's "source code," which you can download as an EML file. Sometimes a support agent may ask for this file.
The way to obtain this file varies depending on your email provider. For this reason, we will briefly explain how to do this for all common email providers.
You can also use this feature to share an email as a file with someone else.
