Go to login.mailblue.nl to log in to your account or if you don't have one yet, request a trial account at login.mailblue.nl/register/trial (a trial account is necessary to access the affiliate environment, subscribing to a plan is not mandatory)
Click on 'Affiliate' in the menu
Click on 'Become an Affiliate'
Fill in all the details here and click 'continue'
You are now a MailBlue affiliate
