You can edit multiple deals at once. This way, you can be more efficient in managing your pipelines and save a lot of time. This method can be applied to standard deal fields as well as your own custom deal fields.
Important to know:
You can only edit the deals that are visible on the deals overview page. By default, this is set to 20 deals. If you have more than 20 deals, you can change the deals per page, or change the number of visible deals on the page (bottom right) and edit up to 100 deals at once.
When you want to bulk edit the deal owner, you will receive a notification if you try to change it to a user who does not have the correct permissions. This notification indicates which pipelines are affected, but it does not prevent you from changing the deal owner.
Bulk editing deals
Click on 'Deals' in the menu and select the list view option (the three horizontal lines)
Filter based on the desired conditions to get the list of deals you want to modify.
Click on the checkbox of the deals you want to edit to select them. You can also select all deals on that page at once by clicking on the checkbox above the deals.
Click on 'Edit'
A pop-up window will appear where you can select the field you want to edit from the dropdown menu or type the name in the search field.
You can also update multiple fields at once by clicking on 'Add another action.
To remove this action, you can click on the trash can icon.
Click on 'Apply'
You will see a notification with the changes you are about to make; click 'Confirm' to save the changes
