How do I use the Calendly AI Campaign Builder for direct campaigns?

With the Calendly integration, you can use the AI campaign builder to create campaigns containing available Calendly meetings and meeting times. Recipients can click a time slot in the email to book a meeting with you.

  1. In your MailBlue account, click 'Email' in the left menu.

  2. Enter one of the keywords listed below in the prompt generator, then click the arrow button to submit your prompt.

  3. A new window opens. On the left, you can select a layout, give feedback on the messaging, make quick edits, and browse a carousel of synced Calendly meeting events. On the right, you can preview the campaign with the synced meeting details, including meeting dates and times.

  4. To remove the meeting block, click the block in the design and select 'Remove meeting' in the modal.

  5. To add the meeting block again, select the events you want to include on the left and click 'Regenerate'.

  6. Click 'Edit in campaign designer' to adjust the design. The campaign designer opens, where you can make further changes to your messaging.

  7. If you are not ready to send your campaign, click 'Save and exit'. Otherwise, click 'Next' to go to the Campaign Summary page, where you can send or schedule your campaign.

Important: You cannot edit the meeting details directly in your campaign. These details come from your Calendly account. The meeting block uses the latest synced information available when you generate the block.

  5. Click 'Create a new email'.

  6. Enter one of the keywords listed below in the AI prompt block, then click 'Generate with AI'.

  7. An email is generated with Calendly meeting event details.

  8. On the next screen, you can update the email name, subject line, preheader, and 'From' and 'Reply to' information. To edit the design, click the design block and select 'Edit Design'.

  9. The campaign designer opens, where you can make further changes to your messaging.

  10. If you are not ready to send your campaign, click 'Save and exit'. Otherwise, click 'Next' to go to the Campaign Summary page, where you can send or schedule your campaign.
