With MailBlue, you can view the statistics for each form you create. For example, you can see the total number of form submissions, the number of contacts created, and the number of deals made. It also shows the most recent contacts who have submitted the form, with the option to view their contact profile.
In this article, we will show you:
- Where you can access the statistics of your form.
- What information you can find in the statistics of your form.
How to view the statistics of your form
The statistics are available for each form you have created and are visible on the overview page under 'Forms'. Follow the steps below to access the statistics for a specific form:
-
Click on 'Website' in the left menu.
-
Click on the 'Forms' options on the left side.
-
Find the form for which you want to view the statistics and click on the downward arrow next to the 'Edit' button.
-
A dropdown menu will appear. Click on the 'Statistics' option.
What information is included in the statistics of a form?
Once you click on the 'Statistics' option in the dropdown menu, an overview of the statistics for that form will open.
The 'Form Statistics' overview includes the following information:
-
Created:
This is the date when the form was created in your account.
-
Total number of submissions
The total number of times a form has been submitted/filled out.
This number also includes the following points, if applicable:- Duplicate submissions of the form by the same contact.
- Submissions made by contacts (with any status) that already exist in the account.
- Submissions made by contacts completing the double opt-in process (if used). If a contact submits a form but does not confirm their opt-in, it will not be included in the total number of submissions.
-
Contacts created:
The number of new contacts created as a result of submitting your form. If a contact already exists in your account and submits a form, they will not be included in this statistical overview. This is because they are already a contact in your account.
-
Deals created:
This only applies to forms using the form action 'Add to deal'.
The number represents the deals created as a result of contacts submitting this form. Since multiple 'Add to deal' actions can be added to a single form, the number shown in this statistic may not always be synchronous with the number of contacts created.
If a form, in addition to creating a deal, uses a double opt-in through the double opt-in feature, the deal is created once a contact confirms their subscription.
-
View all contacts
Form contacts refer to viewing all contacts created by the form. If the form uses a double opt-in, the contacts who have confirmed their subscription will be listed here.
-
Most recent contacts
This information displays your most recent contacts who have submitted your form. If a form uses a double opt-in, the contacts who have confirmed their subscription will be listed here.
