On the 'Accounts' overview page, you can filter your business accounts based on standard and custom fields. By using filters, you can quickly see which accounts meet the criteria you have set. In addition to filter options, you can also search for specific business accounts.

This article covers the following:

How to filter accounts?

In the overview, you can use a filter button to view a list of business accounts that meet specific conditions.

Here's how you do it:

  1. Click on 'Contacts' in the left menu.
  2. Choose the 'Accounts' option.
  3. Click on the 'Add a filter' button.
  4. Click on 'General details' and choose a field to filter by.
  5. Enter the field value you want to use or choose a default condition.
  6. You have the option to filter by 'account owner'.
  7. Use the 'Apply' button to execute your search.

The page will now load with accounts that meet the specified condition(s).

Limit your results with multiple filters

You can use more than one filter to refine your results. When using more than one filter, the system will only show accounts that meet all the set criteria.

Follow steps 1-7 above to use more than one filter. After the page displays the results, click again on the 'Add a filter' button and repeat the same steps. Continue doing this until you have applied all desired filters.

Remove one or more filters

If you are using multiple filters, you can remove a filter to broaden the result again. Click on the 'x' next to the filter you want to remove.
