Where can I view my support requests?

  • Go to login.mailblue.nl and enter your details to log in
  • Click on 'Helpdesk' in the menu
  • Under 'open tickets', you will find all tickets that are still open and have received new responses. Under 'closed tickets', you will find your previous tickets that have already been closed
  • By clicking on a ticket, you can also respond
